The Jones Payne Group is a multi-disciplinary firm of program managers, planners, urban designers, community specialists, architects, construction managers and information technology specialists with expertise in transportation-related planning, design and technology implementation projects. The firm has been involved in a variety of transportation development programs, including aviation, transit and highways, with an emphasis on airports.

We provide planning, community outreach and liaison services, environmental impact studies, preparation of area development plans, support facilities planning and design, airport edge studies, community development and mitigation strategies and design and construction for airport noise mitigation and capital improvement programs.
