Requirements include:
- Knowledge of coordinate conversion with CAD drawing files and GIS ESRI Shapefiles
- Ability to support editing within ESRI Shapefiles of graphic and attribute data
- Knowledge of CAD drawing file structure and editing within CAD
- Knowledge of GIS SDE databases
- Ability to automate some processes for moving data between CAD and ESRI Shapefiles
- Ability to create TIN files and assigning elevations to facility data
- Ability to support the use of field collected GPS coordinates into CAD drawings or Shapefiles
- Ability to append data from multiple Shapefiles into one for use in other applications
- Knowledge of hydraulic modeling software requirements using GIS ESRI Shapefiles is desirable
- Knowledge of geodatabase requirements relative to hydraulic modeling software requirements is desirable
- Knowledge of EPAnet hydraulic modeling software is desirable
- Good communication skills
- Good organizational skills
