SysTest Labs is currently seeking 2 Senior Testers to join our team. The applicants will direct the creation, planning, implementation, and control of quality testing programs to assure the primary application and integrated system reliability, efficiency, compliance to regulations and internal standards for software development.

Provide overall test direction, coordination and communicate critical information to applicable parties.

Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with client and project engineers and staff are required.

Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior lead.

Specific responsibilities:
?Implement and administer a software testing process
?Develop the test strategy, detailed test plans and test cases including requirements traceability and risk analysis
?Support test implementation of the test environments, device under test software loads, and the acquisition of test data
?Develop, administer and manage the metrics and reporting used to measure the value, effectiveness and quality of the software testing processes
?Manage defects in bug tracking tool
?Execute and review results of automated test cases
?Provide weekly status of accomplishments, deliverables, risks and hours spent on deliverables
?Understanding of geospacial concepts
?Understanding of satellite orbits and satellite tasking

Required skills sets:
?5-10 years function/system test efforts for application development projects.
?Experience with satellite plan maneuvers and collection info
?Requirements elicitation
?Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
?High level of customer interaction is expected.
?Ability to work with aggressive schedules to release deliverables on time.
?Experience with various operating systems or command line interfaces.
?Aerospace background
?Mission control center or similar experience
